Kryptex Payout Status

At Kryptex, all payments are handled and processed automatically within the specified timeframes for the payout.

In rare cases, failures or cancellations may occur due to maintenance on the payment route or if support assistance is needed.

Here are the different payout statuses you might encounter:

  • 🟦 Check Email — You've requested a payout, and it requires confirmation via email.
  • 🟨 Processing — You've confirmed the payout via email, and it's currently being processed.
  • 🟩 Completed — The payment has been successfully processed by our partners or is in progress on the blockchain.
  • 🟥 Cancel — The payment was manually canceled by you, canceled by the payout system due to technical issues or incorrect details, or not confirmed via email within the specified timeframe.
  • 🟥 Contact support — Our security system has detected suspicious activity and requires assistance from our support team.

You can check the status of your payment in the "Payment History" tab.
If your payout is canceled, the funds will be returned to your account.

Check Email

Once you have requested a payout on Kryptex, it's crucial to confirm it via email. Access your email account associated with Kryptex and locate the email containing a confirmation link for the payment. Please note that there's no need to reply to this email; just click on the provided link to confirm the payment.

  1. It is impossible to withdraw money without confirmation by mail!

  2. Follow the link in the letter. A window will open to check the payout details. Here you can select two actions:

    • ⛔ “No, cancel payment
    • ✅ “Yes, send funds

    Make sure to double-check your information thoroughly before confirming your payout. Once a payout is confirmed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances!

  3. If for some reason the letter did not arrive, click on the button:

    • 🟦 “Didn’t receive an email? Click here to send it again.

If even after re-requesting you still haven’t received a confirmation email, use our instructions.

How to Cancel Payout?

The payment can be canceled until you have confirmed it by email.
After confirmation by mail, the payout cannot be canceled!

  1. Open the “Payout History” page.
  2. Click on the payout you want to cancel.
  3. Click on the button: 🟥 “Cancel payout”.

Once cancelled, the bitcoins will immediately return to your account.

The payout can also be canceled if it has the status 🟥 “Contact support.” In this case, you can ask support to cancel the payment.

Payout Processing

The status 🟨 "Processing" means that the payout has already been initiated, and you simply need to wait for it to be fully processed.

  • Payments to a bank cards can be processed up to 3 business days.
  • Payments in cryptocurrency are usually processed from 10 minutes to 1 hour. In extreme cases, processing may take up to 24 hours.
  • Volet payments are processed within 10 minutes, but can sometimes take up to several hours.
  • Amazon payouts are processed within 24 hrs, but can sometimes take up to 48 hrs.

Why might cryptocurrency payout experience delays in processing?

When you send cryptocurrency, the blockchain requires time to verify and confirm the transaction. The speed of confirmation checking depends on the network fees. A higher fee leads to faster confirmation. Kryptex processes payments with a fixed fee, so the speed is influenced by the network's current workload.

Payout Cancelled

Payouts can be canceled for a variety of reasons:

  1. Payout canceled due to incorrect details:
    • Invalid wallet or card number.
    • Incorrect phone number, or a mismatch between the phone number and the bank card.
    • The recipient's name doesn't match the name on the card.
    • The payment data was incomplete, inaccurate, or contained errors.
  2. Payout is canceled on the partner or payment gateway side.
    • You ordered a payout to a card that is not supported.
    • The payout direction is under maintenance and is not working at the moment.
    • Unexpected error in the payout gateway, payment system, or recipient's bank.
  3. You did not confirm the payout by mail for a long time and it was canceled on its own.

If you did not cancel the payment yourself and are sure that the details are correct, order the payment again!

You have nothing to lose: if the partner is unable to process the payment, the payment will be canceled and the funds will be returned to your account. You can always order payment in another way, for example in cryptocurrency.

Payment is constantly cancelled?

  1. Please check the notices on our website for possible maintenance. Notifications are displayed on the payment request page, or on the support request page. Most likely, we already know about the problem and are solving it.
  2. If there is no notification about technical work, and the payment is also cancelled, then write to us at Support and we will sort out the situation together, We will also help you withdraw money with a minimum commission.
