I use OC Tuner from quickminer from NiceHash for tuning then Ill run whatever miner is performing best at the time. I check once a week usually.
With these settings, an open air case and a dual fan usb strapped to the heat plate. Depending on room temps, can be anywhere from 86-93. I max my card fan for 93 degrees. The Dell cards are built well for heat compared against some other 3090s but will be doing some mods to get the heat down.
